Your offer to purchase must be received within (30) days of this quotation. Your offer to purchase constitutes your acceptance of the this quotation and your commitment to purchase goods, products and or services included in this quotation. Upon acceptance, Filter Technology Company, Inc, at its office in Houston, TX, the present quotation shall become a binding contract and FTC will supply the goods, products and or services expressed within. Prices quoted are subject to escalate at time of shipment to those prices in effect at the time unless modified and expressed in this document. In no event will Filter Technology Company Inc be liable for special, indirect, or consequential damages. Non-standard (Custom) products cannot be returned or canceled. Standard products may be returned within 30 days of receipt, but may be subject to restocking fee not to exceed 20% of order total.
Quotations valid for 30 days, unless expressly stated in this document. Applicable sales tax and freight charges are not included unless otherwise stated on this quotation document. If paying invoice by credit cared, there may be a 3% processing fee added to the invoice total.
